Atlantic Bred Progeny

Canadian Horse fanciers of the Maritimes are very fortunate to have a variety of bloodlines available, right in their own back yard! We are certainly proud of the quality offspring that are being produced here in the Maritimes, true to Canadian type as easily evidenced below...

Out of Gahn Ya'ar Brulot Gimmix by Temis Elf-Esaie Hermes we present Gahn Ya'ar Hermes Legacy Strider's first filly of 2001 at less than 12 hours:

Minx & Legacy day 1

And Legacy again, all grown up, as a striking 2 year old in July 2003.

In 2002, Strider's filly named "Saunders Hermes Matilda" out of the chestnut mare Blue Fox Pacha Heure de Joie  made her appearance: and what a beautiful appearance it was...

Strider's 2002 colt "Gahn Ya'ar Hermes Maestoso" out of Gitane Watt Darla was so handsome, he turned heads all the way to Thunder Bay, Ontario! Maestoso was snapped up as a weanling by Diane Edmonds of Thunder Bay, who plans to use him at stud.

Dave MacDonald of Margaree, Cape Breton bred his mare Venus to Strider and the resultant filly is quite lovely, with an incredible long, soft, stride.

Ruthanne Hart of Margaree bred her black mare, Charm to Brulot of Prince Edward Island and couldn't be happier with her 2003 gelding, Margaree Brulot Nimbus.

Zoe Erichsen-Meesters of Fredericton, NB has a well established breeding program using her stallion Choiniere Zoulou Flic (aka Millenium Falcon); Zoe is producing both purebred Canadian foals and Sport horse type part-breds.
Here are two of the lovely foals sired by Falcon:
